A badass is a leader. They stride in confident, stare [[The Rival]] down, and dominate any situation they're in...Except when they don't. But his [[Number Two]] might follow all of the orders, but be a [[Badass]] in his own right. There's nothing wrong with kicking ass and taking names for the honor of your country/organization/feudal lord.

For instance, The Captain might be part of a military command structure, but he'll give most of the orders in the story. But his Number Two might follow all of the orders, but be a Badass in his own right. There's nothing wrong with kicking ass and taking names for the honor of your country/organization/feudal lord.
