Line 1: {{work}} {{Needs Image}} '''''[https://web.archive.org/web/20170922084520/http://bloodlightseries.com/ Blood Light]''''' is a completely non-horror web show about three vampires... well, two vampires and an obnoxiously successful poser. Laden with [[Shout-Out~~\|ShoutOuts~~]]s (the series title itself refers to an apparent competitor to [[True Blood\|TruBlood]]), the show follows Alex, Ethan, and Connor, three [[Vitriolic Best Buds]] (heavy on the vitriol, light on the "best buds") along with their landlord, Jobin, their vampire support group, and several other people and things that they know. Characters include: Line 8 ⟶ 9: * Connor (creator Jared Stern): a human womanizer who has everyone except Alex and Ethan convinced that he's actually a vampire. He's apparently in love with Alex, who despises him. * Jobin (producer Adam Lash): A friend of Ethan and Connor's, and also the landlord. Rather [[Camp Gay]]. * Philip (Justin Perez): the pretentious, self-important leader of the vampire support group the main characters belong to. Very gullible. * Cooper (Cooper D'Ambrose): Philip's sycophantic assistant, with more than a hint of [[The Simpsons (animation)\|Smithers]] about him. * Logan (Josh Breslow): The teacher of Alex's spinning class, and a werewolf. {{spoiler\|She is also a woman (much to Alex's surprise, who thought she was on a date with Logan when Logan first appeared), and only looks like a man because her lycanthropy causes a massive testosterone surge when she changes.}} * Dee: one of Connor's vampire-obsessed hookups, and also his [[Stalker with a Crush]]. {{tropelist}} ~~This webseries contains examples of:~~ * [[All Women Are Lustful]]: Connor's constant stream of hookups, but especially Dee; {{spoiler\|Logan.}} * [[Breaking the Fourth Wall]]: When a montage of Alex's violent behaviour is shown in episode 2, Connor mumbles 'montage" under his breath. Jobin then asks where all of those clips came from, since none of them have been shown in the show yet.
