* [[Known Only By Their Nickname]]:For a long time Blade was, since the closest he ever was to being a main character was sharing the honor with two other guys until the 90s.

* [[Mistaken Identity]]: A young Blade kills a man suffering from porphyria as a child by mistake. Jamal sends him out of the country despite Blade believing he deserved prison for it. He ends up joining a gang in New York not long after.
