All The Tropes:Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are those with ultimate power regarding promoting and demoting others on ATT. as they are the only ones who can remove administrator flags from other admins with impunity, and are the only ones who can grant the bureaucrat right to others.
Vorticity and GethN7 are the only bureaucrats at present.
Do note this power is not used lightly, and in the event of abuse by anyone with this right, please report such abuse to Orain Staff, and if they find that right is abused, they can remove the bureaucrat right from the bureaucrat in question.

Orain Staff
Global sysops
The Orain Global sysops (GS) have access to all local administrators tools, and can use them at their discretion, However, global sysops won't use their tools at All The Tropes, unless in cases of an emergency, when the community requests it, with explicit permission from a local sysop, when the use complies with guidelines for global sysops, or similar reasons.
Stewards
The Orain Stewards have all access to any wikis, and they do user renames. You can contact Orain Stewards on Stewards' noticeboard and make a request on Stewards' requests.
Sysadmins
The Orain servers are run by the House of SysAdmins. Contact them about downtime, server bugs, and the like. They're easiest to contact on the #orain IRC channel on freenode.
