The Touhou Project really gets a lot of great pieces of music for being made up by a single guy with a synthesizer. To put the sheer number of remix CDs in perspective, there is a torrent which weights one terabyte (specifically 1.1 TiB or 1,203,075,354,327 bytes) of over 3000 Touhou remixes, and that only includes the ones that the (English-speaking) maintainers of the torrent have added. (that would take centuries to download over dial-up) and it's getting bigger as more remixes come around.

Touhou PC 98 -- Covers the music from Highly Responsive to Prayers, Story of Eastern Wonderland, Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream, Lotus Land Story, and Mystic Square.
Touhou Windows One -- Covers the music from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom, Immaterial and Missing Power, Imperishable Night, Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Shoot The Bullet.
Touhou Windows Two -- Covers the music from Mountain of Faith, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, Subterranean Animism, Undefined Fantastic Object, Hisoutensoku, Double Spoiler, Great Fairy Wars and Ten Desires.
Touhou -- Covers the music from official non-game works plus various fanworks.

...By now you've probably realized that pretty much every song ZUN has composed is on this list somewhere. Which is why Touhou is so awesome.
