One of the most revolting Troll Fics ever written, and one which manages to surpass even Cupcakes for the title of the most unpleasant My Little Pony fanfic ever, Sweet Apple Massacre is filled to the brim with rape, scat, watersports and gorn, all of it being done to fillies.

In essence, Big Macintosh holds the Cutie Mark Crusaders hostage in a secret chamber underneath the farmhouse and proceeds to torture them all in horrific, nauseating ways.

A Love to Dismember: Scootaloo's severed head is put to use.

Brother-Sister Incest: Apple Bloom is his sister, and hinted at with Applejack near the end.

Darker and Edgier: When Cupcakes set the bar, someone decided to shoot for the moon.
Disproportionate Retribution: Big Mac did all this because they were too loud and wants to do the same to Applejack for the injury he got in "Applebuck Season".
Downer Ending: Aside from the brutal and degrading death of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, there's also a very strong hint that Big Mac is about to do the same to his other sister Applejack.
Establishing Character Moment: The first thing Big Mac does is break one of Scootaloo's wings.
Eye Scream: Poor Sweetie Belle...

Forceful Kiss: Big Mac collects some blood and vomit in his mouth, then kisses Scootaloo, and forces her to swallow it.
