Older fans of him know him as Kamille Bidan in Zeta Gundam or Akabane from Get Backers. Newer fans probably know him as the "I Love War" Major in the Hellsing OVAs and Zetsu of the Akatsuki from Naruto. Regardless, Tobita-san is well known for voicing smooth villains. (That of course does not include Kamille.)

Not to say that's his only forte, though. Should he take the leap for ANOTHER TYPE, he does well for voicing big guys, comic relief guys such as Bleach's Cloud, Flame of Reccas Domon, or memetically... Disgaeas Captain Gordon, DEFENDER OF EARTH!
