Phrases such as 'you idiot' and 'hyperactive megalomaniac dwarf' fly back and forth between them so often that even their own parents don't bother noticing it any longer. At the same time, either Miles or Ivan would die for the other without hesitation, and any ''non''-family member they overheard slanging the other one even half as badly as they did is likely to suffer a painful and humiliating revenge.
