There are many works that share the title of Hellboy, all in the same franchise.

Hellboy is one of the more successful franchises to come from Dark Horse Comics, and has earned Mike Mignola a great deal of recognition in the comics world. Surprisingly, despite the explosion of additional material, nearly every piece of the comic continuity manages to link back to a larger narrative.

Has nothing at all to do with Hell Girl.
