Acony is a manga about the peculiar residents of an ancient apartment building and Utsuki Motomi, the Ordinary High School Student who moves into it with his grandfather. The caretaker is a ghost, the building has a mind of its own and Acony, the first resident Utsuki meets, thinks she is dead. The story follows him as he gets to know the rest of the inhabitants.
